The German Tiger I tank was one of the most iconic and formidable armored vehicles of World War II. Officially designated the Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf. E, it was introduced in 1942 and became a symbol of Nazi Germany's technological prowess on the battlefield. Designed to counter increasingly well-armored Allied tanks like the Soviet T-34, the Tiger I boasted a thick armor plating of up to 120mm and a highly effective 88mm KwK 36 L/56 gun, capable of destroying enemy tanks at long ranges.
